Don Baer is a Senior Partner with the Brunswick Group. Previously he was the Global Chairman of leading global communications agency BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe). From 2012 - 2018, he was Worldwide Chair and CEO of Burson-Marsteller and a member of the firm’s senior leadership since 2008. From 1998 - 2007, Don was Senior Executive Vice President for Strategy and Development at Discovery Communications. From 1994 - 1998, he was an Assistant to the President and senior adviser for President Bill Clinton, serving as White House Communications Director, Chief Speechwriter and Director of Speechwriting and Research.
