ALI hosted a discussion on digital trade policy in the context of the WTO, the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) as well as other fora. Participants noted the complexities of domestic politics and the imperative of having the U.S. write the digital rules of the road, countering more authoritarian global approaches.

ALI is developing a 21st century vision and policy agenda for American global leadership, based on American interests and shared values.
